Help for suffering athlete

Linda Le Bon is gradually losing her eyesight due to a rare disease. Her great sporting ambition drives her on.

Linda Le Bon’s whole life has revolved around sport. The 55-year-old has also passed her ambition on to her children. This ultimately led to the family moving from Belgium to Mühlbach am Hochkönig 15 years ago. Even before that, she had regularly gone on skiing holidays to Pongau, says Le Bon. “We stayed a little longer every year. And one winter my then eight-year-old daughter told me that she wanted to take the entrance exam for the ski secondary school. I told her that if she made it, we would move to Mühlbach. And she was actually accepted.”
